My story...

I started my career in sales – selling specialized retractable screen doors. After graduation I shifted gears and began working in retail where I thrived in sales and customer assistance. Due to my customer service skills, my manager promoted me and I ended up in a department manager position where I received greater responsibilities such as team leadership, product management, profit scaling and of course customer service via phone and one-to-one support.
 

Wanting to transition my career into remote work, I opened an e-commerce shop online and launched an online English school. My journey since then has taught me many skills in web development and SaaS software, but most importantly has taught me that good customer service is the key to successful business!
